We’re from Phuket, and we build homes made for living here

Andaman Asset Solution began with a simple wish from people who call Phuket home: to build houses in the place where we live. Knowing the island well, we understand what makes a home comfortable — from how it catches the sun and the breeze, to materials suited to the climate, to the spaces you use every day. We take care at every stage, from design and material selection to construction, because these details shape life for the people who live there — both their comfort today and the upkeep of the home in years to come. We want every home to be beautiful, practical and comfortable for many years. We also care about the setting around each home and the upkeep of shared spaces, so that every development is a place where people can live together with peace of mind — and a part of the Phuket we call home.

Care that continues after handover

After handover, our team is still here to take your requests and coordinate any care your home needs, including warranty work under the terms of your contract, so you always have someone to contact.
